The building's exterior design reflects the architectural vocabulary of Woodrow Wilson High School.  The brick façade Is articulated with arches and horizontal cast stone sills and coping.  The wave-like roof structure above the competition pool complements the masonry plinth and creates a special identity for the new facility.  Located within the roof structure is a band of perimeter clerestory windows allowing natural light to filter to the competition pool space. The lobby offers panoramic views of the pool facilities.
